The Perkbox rebrand
The brief
Evolve the existing Perkbox brand as the company transitioned through a merger. In short, we needed a ‘brand refresh’. A massive list of collateral was drawn up that needed to be rebranded, that also included: the website, the native app, emails and editorial assets.
The challenge
Working alongside the Head of Brand, my direct reports and freelancers, I was tasked with the roll out and execution of the overall look and feel of all major brand touch points and to take on the role of art drector, vetting all the designs made by the wider team. We quickly realised the team would benefit from having some style guides to help guide their design decisions.
The results
We created a fully fledged refreshed brand style, complete with a new colour palette, typeface, logo set, imagery direction and tone of voice.
The team was able to deliver 300+ individual designed items in the space of just 6 months. We managed to create a brand that was easy to work with as a designer and that was easy to understand as a consumer.
