Harvey & Wick branding

The brief

Harvey & Wick is busy developing a broad range of luxury items to expand on their product line offering and needs to refine their brand image to reflect the aspiration of the brand and its clientele.

My role: Creative Director

The challenge

The brand wanted to elevate the consumer and its products above the outdated stigmas surrounding herb lovers. As certain medicinal herbs are criminalised in some countries, the messaging around some products needs to be very clever. Luckily, the target market is a niche consumer that is used to very specific terminology. This means using a slogan like ‘fine goods for high society’ is a very fun double entendre.

The results

By using public domain imagery from the Rijksmuseum, paired with a newly developed logo system, colour scheme, and typeface, along with product photography, we created a brand ecosystem that is easy to adapt to whatever marketing and advertising.
