Perkbox product videos - 2026

The brief

As part of Perkbox’s brand refresh and expansion of its benefit offerings, we were tasked with producing a suite of value-led product videos. The scope included six core videos, along with multiple variations of two of them, designed to clearly communicate the platform’s evolving value proposition.

The challenge

The key challenge was translating a broad and expanding set of benefit offerings into concise, engaging videos that were informative without becoming overly complex. The content needed to serve two audiences: impress prospective clients while encouraging existing customers to adopt additional features.

After several rounds of script refinement with Product Marketing, we moved into detailed storyboarding to ensure clarity and alignment before production. All videos were unified under a consistent visual theme, and I coached an internal team member through storyboarding, animation, and editing while overseeing creative direction and stakeholder management. When timelines shifted and the deadline was brought forward, we tightened feedback loops and streamlined decision-making to deliver the full suite to a high standard within the compressed timeframe.

The results

Delivered a cohesive suite of product videos that clearly articulated the platform’s expanded offering and strengthened the refreshed brand identity. The structured pre-production process ensured smooth execution and consistency across all assets.

The videos supported both sales conversations and customer marketing efforts, playing a key role in helping migrate existing customers onto the new platform while reinforcing Perkbox’s evolving value proposition.
