The brief

Product Marketing needed a suite of sales-ready PDF brochures that could be shared with prospects across various industries and use cases. The goal was to create a scalable layout template that ensured brand consistency and could be easily executed by any designer.

The challenge

The key challenge was designing a system that balanced quality with scalability. The brochures needed to feel polished and persuasive for sales conversations, while being structured in a modular way that allowed for efficient replication.

This meant creating a flexible layout framework, maintaining strict brand consistency, and ensuring the templates were simple enough for other designers to adopt and extend.

The results

Delivered a suite of nine templated brochures now used daily by the Sales team.

By centralising the documents in Brandfolder, the assets became easily accessible company-wide, improving consistency, reducing duplication, and enabling faster turnaround of new materials. The result was a scalable, future-proof sales collateral system that combined strong design with operational efficiency.
