The Perkbox Emails (2023-2025)

The brief

Working alongside Customer Marketing, Product Managers and the CRM team, I was tasked to create a modular email template system to be used in the Braze CRM platform.

The challenge

Over the years, Perkbox had developed a range of email templates on an ad hoc basis. However, this resulted in inconsistencies in design and branding. As part of a broader initiative to align all branded elements across the company, we consolidated every existing email template, redesigning most and merging others to create a cohesive suite of email modules.

The primary objective was to develop a flexible, modular system that meets the current needs of all teams using email, while also being scalable enough to support future initiatives and ongoing development.

The results

Delivered a modular email system in Braze that replaced fragmented legacy templates with a scalable, brand-aligned framework.

The result was a future-ready CRM foundation, enabling faster campaign turnaround, reducing design bottlenecks, and ensuring consistent brand experience across all customer communications, while supporting ongoing product launches and marketing growth.
