Perkbox culture book
The project
I was tasked with designing a printed ‘culture book’ for Perkbox. It is a foundational document given to new starters to introduce them to the company’s values, behaviours, and ways of working. The aim was to translate abstract cultural principles into a tangible, engaging format that felt authentic to the brand.
The final piece became a key onboarding tool, helping new employees quickly understand the company’s mission and expectations while reinforcing a strong, consistent internal brand identity.
